There are more than 500 million practicing Buddhists in the world today. In this issue of wec.go, we introduce you to Tibetan Buddhists and their celebration of Losar—the Tibetan New Year—in February. As you learn about these people and this beautiful region of the world, we hope you will be inspired to pray for Tibetan Buddhists. At the end of each article you will find prayer points listed under the word “STOP.” Please pause in your reading to bring these items of prayer before the Lord. It is exciting to imagine how God will use our collective prayers in the coming months!
