To apply for a summer team, please download, fill out, save and attach the form below to an e-mail and send it to Tom Harvey, Rainbows of Hope Summer Team Coordinator. Tom's e-mail address is shown on the application.

Deadline for applications is January 31.

Upon Acceptance a non-refundable $125 registration fee is required. This fee is included in your trip cost and covers administration cost, a pre-field manual, and two books.
