Description: Provide obstetrics cover to labour room for normal, complicated deliveries, including vacuum extraction. Provide Antenatal clinics 3 half days weekly, plus one evening gynae clinic. Also provide obstetrics cover on postnatal ward. Supervision of midwives.
Qualification: Full specialisation in obs-gyn with practical experience at specialist level. Those qualified in Western countries are required to sit a multi choice exam in English with the Ministry of Health.

Description: Two families have children in a range of grades (K4, 1st grade, 7th grade and 8th grade). We all use a DVD homeschooling program so we need someone to assist with the children's education to help take the burden from the moms and to allow them to assist in the clinic outreach. The position does not require a trained teacher but someone who can coordinate the children's education, assist them in their studies, and help motivate them, and oversee their evaluation.
Qualification: A person who enjoys working with kids and who can manage their education which is taught by DVD teachers.

Description: The Hospital Grounds/Maintenance Worker will assist in maintaining the day-to-day operations of a hospital housed in a large compound with approximately 700 trees (mainly olive).

Description: As the team take at least one meal together and as they have many visitors there is a big need for a person who is available to look after guests and organise general household tasks, such as weekly food shopping for meals and organising menus (the actual cooking is being done by Filipino helpers). As everyone is very busy a person who has a heart to make things nice for the team, organise fellowship meetings and be "the heart" of the family, would be so nice.

Ours is a small rural hospital with modest facilities. We work in a government hospital and the specialist must be willing to work with limited means, and alongside national colleagues. The medical needs are enormous, and with commitment and flexibility a great deal can be achieved.
Qualification: Internationally recognized degree in the field of specialization. Course of Tropical Medicine is helpful also for specialists.
