ENGLAND:
WEC Worldwide Magazine reports that the Springhead Park House (home of Radio Worldwide, and northern England centre for WEC UK) needs a maintenance supervisor. Thus, Gary, a construction worker from the St. Louis area of USA, and Michelle, his British-born wife, are seeking to move there to fill this role, but it has not been easy for them.
Since June, Gary and Michelle have attempted to register their six wonderful children (Elaina Daniel, Naomi, Jeremiah, Deanna and Nicholas) whom they adopted from the US foster care system, as citizens in England so they can obtain British passports. This process can take up to six months, and as of September, they were still in a holding pattern waiting patiently for the paperwork to return from England.
The Northcutt’s ask us to pray that:
- God would have us there by January or February. Pray with us that God would move the government mountain to process the paperwork quickly. We have seen God speed up visa applications in the past, and are confident He can do so again if He chooses.
- The Northcutts will adjust well to all the cultural differences in England and especially that their children will adjust well to the British schools. Also, pray for their two oldest children, Daniel and Elaina who are struggling with physical issues.
- God’s wisdom will envelop Gary and Michelle in their willingness to serve him in any way He asks.
Pray for: Daniel and Arnelle Helbling (USA), workers with Operation World who had to recently fly back to the States because of health issues. Daniel’s pacemaker was found to be working fine, but Arnelle's health is not good. The doctors discovered that she has advanced diabetes with additional chronic health issues. Pray that Arnelle’s diabetes can be stabilized.
