Finance & Admin Director – North Africa

Join a team of Directors responsible for the development and direction of this strategic NGO. Provide leadership and direction for all its financial activities; manage and protect its assets. Develop and maintain Financial Management Systems using QuickBooks. Supervise local finance officers. Assist General Director in planning budgets for projects, and reporting to the board, and prepare accounts for annual audit.

Qualifications: Qualified in financial management. Experienced with NGO or charity accounts. Good written and spoken French, and spoken English. Committed to transforming society and to ministering holistically. Arabic language also helpful.

Minimum term: 4 years
