Guest House Manager & Administrator, Dakar, Senegal

WEC Administrator and Guest House Manager in Dakar are two strategic roles with lots of responsibility and opportunities for personal initiative. Communicate and serve WEC missionaries and local church leadership. Tasks include cashier, correspondence, visa applications, residence permits, purchasing air tickets, guest house shopping, information, managing bank accounts and car pool, etc. Serve as host of guest house: organising rooms, answer phone and take bookings, organizing maintenance, and oversee local workers, pay wages, manage contracts, organize staff meetings.

Qualifications: Ideally we are looking for one couple for these roles, but it can be covered by two units as well. They will need to be able to communicate in English and French and should have the following giftings between them; Hospitality, Accounting Skills (which can be learned in Dakar), Administration, basic computer skills, Coordination and some practical maintenance skills and ability to oversee maintenance work.
