You will be the point person for all initial inquiries (email, web, mail, phone) to WEC’s USA Headquarters in Pennsylvania. Assess the appropriate staff member/dept to follow up each contact, initiate initial response within 24 hours, update WEC’s contact database. Get to know WEC’s USA personnel and gain a wide understanding of the many opportunities to serve worldwide.
Qualifications: Skills in writing and general communication, and at ease with technology. High level of people skills (perceiving what is really being said in many or few works). Ideal for a multi-tasker, able to keep up with a workload that would have intense seasons. Flexibility is the key.
