Nutritional Health Development Worker, North Africa

Voluntary health development work to show the love of God, through social work. This may be by assisting malnourished children, perhaps also teaching English or Spanish, or some other creative method. The team’s language is Spanish, but work will be in French, or the Arabic dialect. The possibility exists to learn French and Arabic dialect. This is a great trans-cultural experience and an opportunity to learn about a developing nation in a supportive environment.

Qualifications: Good Spanish and reasonable English are essential and basic French or Arabic would be an advantage. Flexibility to adapt to other cultures and patience are invaluable. Ability to adapt in vision, and work in a team are essential. Readiness to dress like the locals would be helpful.
