Bring your catering skills to serve a thriving international school. Bourofaye Christian School provides a safe, inspiring, Christian environment for children of missionaries, enabling their parents to fulfill their calling. The caterer at the school is responsible for serving approximately 1,500 meals per week. You will manage a number of Senegalese staff, and be responsible for all the ordering and distribution of supplies and menu planning. You will also oversee the actual cooking of the meals.
Qualifications: Some French is essential for managing the national staff. Experience in catering for large numbers is preferred.
